Bought a new g34 my provider can see but cant get the ip address. Wan is 0.0.0.0. Tried everything I can think of. This should not be this difficult lol. I must be missing something. Please help

Could you please confirm the name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and the speed plan you’ve subscribed to?
Additionally, please let us know the current LED light status on your G34 gateway. How are you attempting to connect to the device, are the network names (SSIDs) being broadcast?
