My phone is listed on the connected device page three times. I've tried forgetting the network and it still shows up as connected multiple times. Any cause for this?

In this case we would suggest you to try to restarting modem on the GUI page,
Login to the modem GUI, on the TOP menu select Utilities> on the left side menu select > RESTART ROUTER
then you can also try refreshing the client list by clicking on the Refresh icon on the LAN settings or the wireless network which the phone is connected.
Login modem GUI > select LAN setup on the Top menu and click on Refresh option at the bottom of the page.
