I just bought my modem and router combo. Plugged it in and trying to set it up. I plug in my Ethernet cable and it turns green and so I know that it is getting power how ever my led lights on front never turned on. Is this one just defective or am I doing something wrong?

If the modem’s Led light is completely turned off, I request you to try connecting with different outlet and power cord.
If the same problem persists, I suggest factory resetting the modem and please reach out www.arris.com/consumersupport for further assistance.
