Unable to connect with SURFBOARD-Onboarding network on W122

Forum|alt.badge.img

During the install process I am unable to connect to the SURFBOARD-Onboarding network. I can’t find it on my available network list on my iPhone. I’m right next to my W122 that I’m trying to install and it’s definitely within range of my network. Please help.

If you have a W122 system, which includes one main W21 router and a W11 satellite, make sure that during the setup of the main router, the LED light on the W21 is alternating between green and white. This indicates that it's in pairing mode, allowing the onboarding network to become visible. The same applies to the W11 satellite during its setup.

I already have a main router and another router setup. I’m trying to add this additional satellite. How do I make the main router go into pairing mode?

The satellite is blinking white and green but still no onboarding network.

Can you please confirm whether you currently have the W122 system, which includes one main W21 router and one W11 satellite, and are now trying to add an additional W21 as a satellite to this existing setup?

I have the W121 system and I’m trying to add another satellite of a W122 that plugs into the wall.

It seems you have a Main mAX W21 and a mAX W21 satellite setup, and you’re trying to add an mAX W11, which plugs directly into the wall—is that correct?

If so, when onboarding the new satellite, an onboarding network should appear in the available network options. The LED light will alternate between green and white during this process.

If the onboarding network does not show up, try performing a factory reset by pressing and holding the Reset button for 10 seconds, then releasing it. The Reset button is located on the bottom of the unit.
