I’m trying to log into the web manager of my arris surfboard SBG6782 but when I put in the username of the wifi and the original password it just keep saying it’s incorrect and try again and this is after I factory reset it. If anyone can help me out to find the password /username anywhere on the box it would be great!

SBG6782 is the gateway combination of modem and router so if this is first time login to the interface you need to use the default login credentials. For your reference attached the article below so you can follow the steps mentioned on it.
