I bought a G34.   Xfinity has activated it.  When I try to connect using the password with the documentation, it won’t connect.

Could you please clarify whether the Wi-Fi is showing as 'connected without internet' or if it's not connecting at all. For example, displaying messages like 'incorrect password,' 'unable to connect,' or 'can’t connect'?

If it shows as 'connected without internet,' we’ll need to verify whether the gateway has been properly activated by your internet service provider.
