I believe I have all of the settings correct on the G34. I have the internet paused but the Chromebook is still connected to the internet. The device also sporadically sees or doesn’t see devices. The modem was reset. Most concerned about pausing the internet since that is one of the reasons I purchased this device.
If you performed a factory reset on the G34 after setting up the app, the app may no longer function correctly due to loss of synchronization with the gateway.
Could you please confirm whether you have ever factory reset the gateway after setting up the app?
