I’ve had the G36 for about a month. Overnight the wifi networks and passwords reverted to the factory default without me doing anything. The admin log in did not revert to factory default. Has anyone experienced this before?

If the modem credentials going to factory default its because of the internet outage that has been caused by the internet service provider or any connection/signal issue on the modem will also make the modem to restore to factory default. It is normal not to worry about this, the only option we have here is to configure the Wi-Fi and modem login credentials using surfboard central app or through the modem interface/ GUI.
