I recently had to reinstall the App, and it now wants me to activate and set up my ARRIS G36 modem-router and ARRIS Mesh W121. This is all set up and operating fine, but the App is stuck on activating new equipment. Does anyone know how to bypass this on App so I can see my network operations?
Any recommendations would be great.

There is no possible to bypass the modem with W121 in SBC app. I suggest you to install the SBC application with different Email address to set up the W121 mesh system.
If the G36 and W121 are at different location, I believe you’ll need to create separate account and perform new install on the SURFboard Central app.
