I am planning to buy an Arris Surfboard Thruster W6B from Amazon.com (US) and import it to my country.
Before I complete the purchase, I would like to confirm the specifications of the power supply. My country uses a 220V standard. Could someone please tell me if the power adapter included in the US retail box is dual-voltage (100-240V, 50/60Hz), or if it strictly supports 110V/120V?

The power cord specifications for the W6B are power required - 12V DC, 2Amperage, with a positive (+) pin type.

Just to make sure I can purchase a compatible replacement power adapter, could you please confirm the exact DC barrel plug size for the W6B power supply?
I already understand the required output is 12V DC, 2A, center-positive, but I still need the connector dimensions in millimeters, specifically:
outer diameter × inner diameter (for example, 5.5 × 2.1 mm or 5.5 × 2.5 mm)
If possible, please also confirm whether the original adapter label shows 100–240V input or only 100–120V.
