I see others have this issue. I finally got a new phone (iPhone 16 Pro) and lo and behold, I see two networks starting with W6U that I could never see before.
I’ve never got the app to work with these Arris products, it was pretty much garbage.
So my question: Now that I see the network how do I know what password to try? I bought this thing over 2 years ago and I probably have a photo of the sticker on the box -- somewhere. I largely forgot it was in my closet as my hardware did not support WiFi 6, 6e, or 7.
Today I took a photo of the sticker on the W6 box itself, and of the networks that showed up on my phone. But I don’t see a way to attach photos to a post.
