Thanks for the response but someone said to open the page in Internet Explorer and voila! Don’t know why but it worked.

a bit more details on where/why you’re getting this. You’re description is a bit brief.

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
