2.4G wireless on an Arris DG22460

My Arris DG2460 has both 2.4G and 5.G capability and both lights are lit.

But my ROKU doesn’t recognize the wireless connection & my computer does.

The computer is connected to the 5G wireless and works.

My ROKU doesn’t do 5G, but the 2.4G doesn’t show up on the Wireless search. Any ideas?

What channel are you on the for the 2.4ghz?

Have you tried changing it to channels 1-6-11?

Any special characters or spaces in the ssid/password? If so, try removing them. I’ve seen some rokus have issues with that

I don’t know what you mean by changing channels. Is this the ROKU or the Arris Gateway that you're talking about?  I’ve tried looking at the 192.168.0.1 site that you’ve mentioned before, but I couldn't figure it out. I’ve ordered a new ROKU that will do 5G and I’m hoping that will fix the problem. Thanks for all your help.

This guide should be similar. its for a different model but your model should have a similar layout.
