Hello,

I need a User Manual/Guide for an ARRIS dcx3635-w Gateway. Can anyone help?

I didn’t find any manuals, there were some sites that offered a PDF but I don’t think that may be secure to proceed. I’m afraid that if the device has been discontinued or as I mentioned before, the support is given by the provider, the information about this product is not available that easily.

    That device is meant to be distributed by service providers, meaning that they will have the support for that device. Now, depending on what you want to do, you may find some information online.

    I think it’s a discontinued unit and I wanted info on it. I got it as a replacement unit a couple of months ago.
