Arris Forgot Password issue (Port Forwarding)

I’m trying to access my Internet settings to enable Port Forwarding and the default “admin” “password” isn’t working and I never changed it.

Is my only option to get a new Modem??

Could you please help us with the modem model number to assist you on this further.
