My modem one day lost connection to the internet. On my phone it says connected without Internet access. Xfinity is able to see my modem but my devices (TV, cell phone, computer) are not able to get internet connection.

do you have a screensnip of the cable connections page and event logs?
Did you try rebooting it?
Or factory resetting it?
