I have reset to factory settings on the router (192.168.0.1), I have used both ‘admin’ and my username with the wifi password, I have used both Chrome and Safari browers, I have deleted my cache and cookies, and NOTHING IS WORKING. And it’s maddening I cannot talk to an actual human….almost worth it to change routers all together

I suggest using the username as “admin” and password as “password” to login the GUI web portal.

What do I do if I can’t access the router web page using either 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1?
