I'm having this same issue but my isp is Optimum. Are you still working to fix this issue?
So are you planning on looking into this issue then? It’s extremely frustrating -- especially with my ring doorbell going offline every few days.

Yes we are working on this, If you are having issue on the WIFI like loosing connection intermittently and if this happening on both the network 2.4 and 5G as well that can be corrected by changing WIFI channel. If other Wi-Fi sources such as neighboring wireless access points are using the same wireless channel, this may cause intermittent connectivity issues, even if the competing signal is relatively weak. Changing the wireless channel within the gateway can improve connectivity. If you can send us the modem model number we can help you on this further.
