Intermittent internet connection

MY WIFI KEEPS GOING IN AND OUT AND I DO NOT KNOW WHY? I UNPLUG MY MODEM THEN PLUG IT BACK UP AND STILL HAVE PROBLEMS

Since you are experiencing intermittent internet connections, I would suggest changing the Wi-Fi channels and monitoring them for the next 24 hours.

If you are facing intermittent connection issue on wifi then you can make changes on the wifi channel on the modem GUI that will avoid interference. So to guide you on this could you please help us with your Arris modem model number.
