Thanks, unfortunately I jsut shot myself in the foot. I was no longer using the dfaults, so this process didn’t work. (Thank you @LoveMyLab ). As it turned out I had printouts of the configuration changes I made (which were minimal) so I bit the bullet and pressed the reset. Go back to factory and reconfigured. Just really just sloppy management on my side, we moved into a new house and I failed to document a password change along the way…..sigh… always write that stuff down!
