Have an Arris model SBG6580 in our home and want to upgrade the security settings. Do not have login credentials.  How to proceed?

    when you first log in, it should prompt you to change them.

    If you don’t remember what you changed them to, you can factory reset and reinstall it.

    Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
