Created new Surfboard acct. hoping the User name & Password would allow me to make some changes to my arris 6900-AC gateway. That did not work. How do I get a User & P/W that is required when I try to sign in with the Gateway I.P. ?

Hello Dellinspiron,
I would suggest performing a Factory Reset without the coaxial cable to access the Web Interface. Sometimes the Firmware version may interfere with this process, that’s why we suggest doing it that way and see if it works. Please follow the below article.
