I have the Arris modem model: SBG6900-ac. I was having issue with WiFi connection and pressed the button in the back which ended up resetting the modem to factory setting. I own an apple MacBook computer and went to the IPS address: https//192.168.0.1 to reset the password. I used safari to load the IPS. It loaded the page. However, once I entered the wifi security key as password in the back, it does not load the page. The thumbnail does not load completely. Has anyone run into this issue and how did you overcome it? Customer service has not been of any help over the phone. Thank you
