Hello…I have an Arris Surfboard SBG6700-AC router that I am trying to use with a Spectrum modem. It does not seem to be communicating with the modem and Spectrum Tech support confirmed this was the issue. Is there anything I can do to make this happen? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The SBG6700 is a modem/router combo device. it doesn’t have a router only mode.
You could have your ISP just activate it by itself without the modem they provide.
