HELP! HAD ISSUES WITH MODEM NOW WORKING BUT DEFAULTED TO ORIGINAL NAME AND PASSWORD (OUT OF WARRANTY). CAN ANYONE HELP WITH THIS AND DIRECTING ME TO WHERE IT CAN BE CHANGED??

To change the default WIFI credentials please follow the steps mentioned on the below article

Could you try to factory reset the modem and try again to customize the Wi-Fi credentials.
