I would like to change my wifi name and password. I no longer have the software that came with the router. I have attempted to change my settings by entering my IP address and Router IP into a search engine, but I am unable to login in with my username and password. How can I change my wifi name and password? I am also unable to login to the surfboard app to change settings that way.

to change the wifi ssid/password, you have to be able to log into it with the login and password.
that you don’t know.
To get back to defaults, you’d need to factory reset and reinstall. during the reinstall process you can redo the login info so you know it and change the ssid/password.
