Our devices are no longer connected to our Surfboard SBG6580-2, and when we try to reconnect for internet service, we are told that we have an incorrect password. We have used the Wi-Fi security key that came with the Surfboard all of this time. We’ve reset the Surfboard, including the 30-30-30 reset, and also had Comcast reset it, but we’re still unable to connect. Any solutions to this problem?

Our devices reconnected even though we didn’t do anything else. Perhaps a temporary glitch with our Comcast service?
