I have an Arris Surfboard SBG6580. It stopped working randomly. I have unplugged it. I have reset it. I have replaced all cables. When I plug it in the lights on the front flash once and disappear and all you can see is a faint wireless connection icon. The lights on the back are all on. What is going on?
