SBG6782-AC unable to locate printer in hardwired computer

Does the privacy SBG6782-AC model have a “privacy separator” or “wifi isolation” feature?  I am trying to set up a wifi enabled printer, and it works great to print from phones also on wifi, however my PC running Win11 using a hardwire can’t find the printer.

Is the compute set to use a private network or public network in windows?

did you contact the printer manufacturer for help setting up their device to print?

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps

Public as this is my desktop in my home. My printer vendor says to insure router “privacy separator” is disabled in their set up instructions, so have not contacted them yet as I have not fully tried their printed instructions yet.
