I recommend checking the front LED lights first and the first three lights are supposed to be solid. Next, verify if the default Wi-Fi names are broadcasting. If they are, try using the Xfinity app for self-activation.

Solid light is working, wifi name I can see on my phone after started

Only in Xfinity APP I am seeing that equipment is offline so that one they told me it is router issue.

So not sure who can fix this Arris or Xfinity?

Unfortunately, the model SBG7580-AC is not included in Xfinity's list of approved modems and gateways.

For your reference, please check the link below, which provides the list of approved modems and gateways under Xfinity, along with their compatible speed tiers.

https://assets.xfinity.com/assets/dotcom/projects/cix-4997_compatible-devices/2024.09.18%20Full%20List%20of%20Compatible%20Devices.pdf

We recommend contacting your internet service provider to verify if they approve this model for provisioning.

How it is not included? I already used in from 2017 to 2022 and after I stopped to use that. now I need to use it again. Can you please check for the solution for this?

Previously, this model might have been included for provisioning, but Xfinity has updated their list, and the SBG7580-AC is no longer on the approved list of modems and gateways.

For further clarity, please contact your internet service provider to confirm if they approve the SBG7580-AC for provisioning.
