I am Uk based and using Youfibre ISP. It is provided with ARRIS router; Model Number: NVG578LX.
Can I use surfboard mobile application to access router ?

NVG578LX is not supported by Arris. Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products.
