What do I do if I can’t access the router web page using either 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1?

Could you let us know what error message you see when trying to access the GUI portal?
Have you tried accessing it using a different device or browser?
Are you using an office computer or a laptop with a VPN enabled?
Please also try accessing the portal with the coaxial cable disconnected.
