Hello, I also have a new modem and xfinity tried to get me to find a default wifi name on modem. I do not see one. Can you provide a pic of where this may be on the sticker?

For the default Wi-Fi name and password check at the bottom/side of the modem.
Mention the products model number so it will be easy to provide more information

Device is key. I’ve have a lot of people ask for wifi details on a modem only device.

SB8200 is just a cable it doesn't have inbuilt WIFI so you can check for the WIFI only on the router.

No wifi on there.
