I tried using my Xfinity login and that didn’t work. I signed up on this site and THAT login didn’t work.

If this is the first time to access modem GUI or the interface please follow the steps mentioned on the below article and since you have not mentioned the modem model number we helped you with the sample article which look similar to the GUI page you are in.
