Hi! Having issues logging into router/modem.Tried resetting which is supposed to take back to factory settings which would be admin & password but still no luck.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Since your are unable to login the GUI page, let me suggest you the default credentials. USERNAME is admin and PASSWORD is password.
If it shown as invalid credentials, factory reset the modem once and try to login again with default credentials.
To perform factory reset, find the link given below:
