Where is the update to SBG8762 to allow more secure TLS connectivity?   Motorola needs to step up their game on security for their products only two years old.

Arris might have updated it. But its on the ISP to push the update to devices. 

They rarely do because they have to certify updates prior to sending them and ISP's really don’t like doing that. 

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps

@Bwilc  The SBG6782 is outdated and companies are less likely to update them.  So I wouldn’t hold my breath.  

 

Not sure if you saw this post, you can either use Safari or FireFox browser to access the settings.  You’ll need to adjust the TLS version in FireFox.
