I just got my WiFi service installed with Xfinity and I have my own Arris surfboard modem/router. The WiFi won’t seem to connect and the blue light on the WiFi signal keeps blinking. The WiFi does not seem to be connecting and won’t work on my phone or laptop. How do I get it to connect? Unplugging it and restarting it doesn’t work.

what router do you have?
did you log into it to check the ssid/password?
or if it was new service, factory reset it and start back over?
