Hi, I'm trying to change my Wi-Fi password, and whenever I try to login, it says "invalid username". I haven't accesed to gateway and I already did 2 factor y resets o my router, but it keeps saying the same. Any idea? I already usted the factory u/n and passw from instructions.

TG2482A is not supported by Arris. Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products.
