My SONOS speaker won’t connect to my WI-FI.  MODEM is ARRIS TG1682 which has been discontinued, so is no longer supported.  From Sonos I understand it needs to be reconfigured from 802:11AC to 802:11BGN.  Apparently Sonos has upgraded so previous connection no longer works. Any ideas on how to proceed?

TG1682 is not supported by Arris. Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products.
