The ARRIS TG2482A thread post´s case  is: I wrote 2A861 with “ Num Lock “ and “ Caps Lock “ key activated in Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2 Build 19045.5247 Wordpad ´s version and then i typed “ Alt “ and “ x “  key at the same time using Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2 Build 19045.5247 with Spanish(Sapin) keyboard layout in the  ARRIS TG2482A Router Modem´s setup

Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. Please contact your ISP for further assistance.
