I bought this router/modem and got it connected with my internet provider, everything was fine until I noticed the 2.4ghz connection no longer had internet access. The 5ghz still works but I have electronics that need the 2.4ghz.

Could you let us know whether the 2.4 GHz network is broadcasting on any of your devices?

It is the same with mine and it is on all my devices that the 2.4 says I. P. Configuration failure.My daughter has a table it that will not pop-up the 5G.Please tell us how to fix this so that she can get access her xbox is the same way
