I’m looking at buying a ArrisG34 I see it’s compatible with cox cable but was wondering if I can connect it with just my iPad. I have no computer only iPad and iPhone.

Should be able to. You’ll need to activate it either using the xfinity app or calling them (or chat) for getting it connected to their service. But once it is, you can manage it with an app or using the browser.
