The two are connected. My Galaxy S22’s  Wi-FI  is showing “Connected”. It is asking for a Password. These passwords didn’t work: 1. Security Key from Optimum 2. SN on the back of the EX7300.

What Wi-FI password do I use for the EX7300 login?

After connecting to the Wi-Fi but being unable to access the internet, I suggested you power cycle the modem reconnect the Wi-Fi, and try to access the internet again.

Hello landdog49

You can use the WIFI password mentioned on the modem label to connect to the devices. you can use the word password in lowercase on the password field for login.

Thank you, My brother-in-law finally found his password yesterday.

But, now it says “This Wi-Fi network isn’t providing an internet connection.

Norton 360 pops up saying my connect is not secure.

What to do?

Might have gotten a bit more help on the netgear forums for their device :)
