I just installed this G34 through xfinity & it says I’m online but I can’t connect to wifi. What do I need to do?

You will need to connect to the default Wi-Fi SSID.  The SSID name and password is on your quick start guide or on the label printed on the G34.

You might need to change the Wi-Fi security type in the G34 settings.  Here’s a link for instructions.   You’ll need to have a device connected to G34 Wi-Fi or connect an Ethernet cable with a PC to the G34.

You can also hardwiring into the router to setup your own default ssid/password. Thats my preference. Setup and usage tends to be faster through the browser based setup and then you have your own ssid that you can transfer from one router to the next when you do upgrade
