I just purchased a new g34. I am

unable to connect the device to the internet. I see the g34 on my iPhone settings and Xfinity says they see the g34. However, my settings and Xfinity both say it is not connected to internet. How do I move forward?

You might need to subscribe to an Internet plan is compatible with G34.  If you have Internet speed above 1 Gbps or their fast upload speed, the G34 won’t support it.

Could you let us know the led light status on the Wi-Fi cable modem?

Also, could you let me know whether the network name is broadcasting on the devices?
