I just bought a new G-36 Modem/Router combo and I just need help setting it up. Called cable company and they activated what was needed on their end. Down loaded the Surboard App (which absolutely is unpleasant) and it is no help.

To isolate the issue could you please help us with few details, Do you have any device connected to the modem Wi-Fi network now and internet works fine on that device?

Have you tried accessing modem GUI before setting up the Surfboard central app?

What error you are getting while setting up the SBC app?
