I have the same problem as listed here that was closed…

there was no solution listed.. Does Arris just ignore there issues?? Does anyone have a solution to this problem???

hello,

the simple solution to this problem is you just have to reboot your modem and logon again.. it works for me

did you try a different web browser?

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
