Hello I'm having the most difficult time connecting g34 to the internet via Cox. For whatever reason I get stuck on the activation section and at times out error code 503. I have a solid blue Bar on the modem which indicates that the service is there but Internet isn't working.

Did you call your service provider to activate the modem ?


Like @Fred says, did you contact the ISP to get it activated and provisioned for your service? 

If its failing that auto-activation, sometimes they have to manually do it.
