Last night my power kept going in and out for about 5 minutes, then finally went out. When it came back on the modem stayed on solid orange. I have never had this happen before with other power outages. I have tried multiple times to unplug it for 30 seconds, 1 minute, over 10 minutes..still orange when I plug it back in. I have tried to hit the reset multiple times holding it for the 10-15 seconds as well as 30 seconds and nothing changes. I checked the warranty and I am good until July. How can I file a warranty claim?
