I purchased an arris surfboard g34 and had it set up and activated through Spectrum. I can't get the internet to connect. The message I get is connected but without internet on both lines. I called Spectrum and they said the modem is up and running fine on their end so they told me to contact you because perhaps the router is not connecting. Please help

In this case we would suggest you to try performing basic trouble shooting like restarting or power cycling modem for a minute if that doesn't fix the issue you can reset modem for 30secs and check for internet connection. But after resetting the modem will go to default setup any custom settings will be removed so use the default network name and password to connect to your network. After performing the above trouble shooting if still you are facing same issue you can check for WAN IP on the modem GUI.
